APEX Access Control & Security
APEX Access Control & Security is CIE Defense's dedicated electronic security systems integration subsidiary — the public-facing brand through which CIE Defense's Security & Infrastructure capability is delivered to both government and commercial clients. APEX brings focused expertise in electronic access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, low voltage infrastructure, and cybersecurity-aligned system integration. Donovan Commercial Industries
Donovan Commercial Industries is CIE Defense's energetics and demilitarization partner — bringing decades of specialized expertise in blast containment chamber engineering, UXO disposal, and energetic materials processing. Founded on a legacy of blast containment innovation dating to the mid-1990s, Donovan Commercial Industries has supported military depot demilitarization operations, U.S. EPA hazardous site cleanup programs, and international demil operations including WWI chemical munitions disposal for the Belgian Ministry of Defense. Blast containment and UXO disposal inquiries are managed through CIE Defense.

PTR Industries
PTR Industries is CIE Defense's firearms and suppressors manufacturing partner — an American firearms manufacturer producing roller-delayed blowback platforms and suppressors for law enforcement and government procurement through CIE Defense's LE/MIL program. PTR designs and manufactures its full product line in the United States, spanning 9x19mm, 7.62x51mm, 7.62x39mm, 5.56x45mm, and 12 gauge platforms alongside the VENT suppressor series. Summit Point Training Facility
Summit Point Training Facility is CIE Defense's training facility partner — the 786-acre training and RDT&E complex in Summit Point, West Virginia. With more than 50 years of experience delivering security and counterterrorism training to government, military, and commercial clients, Summit Point Training Facility provides the range complexes, driving circuits, scenario-based training venues, and RDT&E infrastructure — including unrestricted Class E and Class G airspace supporting UAS and Counter-UAS operations — that make CIE Defense's explosives, breaching, and unmanned systems training programs possible. Training program scheduling and facility coordination are managed through CIE Defense.
