Who We Are
CIE Defense is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business led by former military and law enforcement professionals who have operated in the environments our clients face. As a small, agile organization, CIE Defense operates with a speed, focus, and accountability that larger defense contractors structurally cannot match. We don't route decisions through layers of program management — we make them.

Where We Operate
CIE Defense is headquartered at the Summit Point Training Facility in Summit Point, West Virginia — approximately 75 miles west of Washington D.C. The facility serves as both our operational headquarters and our primary training environment. We are not a corporate office that manages defense contracts at arm's length. We are a team that trains, develops, and operates from a facility built for the kind of work we do.
